It's not bad. 1000 a month sucks but all my neighbors are very nice. Gas station 3 doors down. Have to say room very nice and clean. No bugs hate bugs. I can't deal with bugs. I give the place a hek yea great place to stay.

So far so great. To the future I am hopeful and I have these great people who work here to thank. I'm making the best out of my situation I've been dealt and living here makes things breathable

I paid 1100 for the first month 100 deposit and the place was extremely invested with roaches I told front desk every week that im killing 10-20 roaches a day and I had just moved in, no food laying out no clutter anywhere, everytime I turned the bathwater on dirty water came out first and the shower was extremely hot or cold no in the middle, the roach problem was the worst I had to buy my own spray and bait traps to reduce the roaches and they stayed there the whole 6 weeks I was there, they told me they had a bug guy coming in the rooms every week until it was solved I didnt see a bug guy once! Nor a note saying that he came an sprayed and after paying that I checked out one day after I was suppose to and they are keeping my 100 deposit! They should be giving me a complimentary week for

I stayed there until a better place was in the making. There was a $100 security deposit and $290 a week. Pros were it was a bed a shower and door that closed, front office were nice. I mean they do what they can, but on 99 percent of things their hands are tied. Cons, the massive infestation of cockroaches, bed bugs, and other bugs don't split the rent. A gust of wind can blow the door open. It was kicked in at one point and it looks like it was fixed with duck tape. The room above had a leak from the toliet or shower. It leaked onto our ceiling below. The said room, destroyed the drywall ceiling and walls. The company left them for 4 months to grow mold and nasty fuzzy stuff. The room door has a 1.5 up to 3 inch gap on the bottom which lets whatever crawl in. Everything is way outdate
