Reddingwood Mobile Home & RV Park

We’ve lived in this park for about seven years and are moving in January. During that time, we’ve seen a few managers come and go, all with different quirks. Some had real strengths, others had clear weaknesses, but overall, it’s been a good place to live. That said, the current manager, Rhonda Litle, really stands out. She’s hands-on, approachable, and clearly invested in the neighborhood. Under her management, we’ve seen meaningful improvements, such as repaved streets, updated laundry facilities, and greater effort to build a sense of community through yard sales and decoration contests. Those changes made a noticeable difference in day-to-day life here. No place is perfect, but this has been a stable, friendly community, and we’ll genuinely miss it. We only wish Rhonda had been here

Stopped by to inquire about a unit for sale. The manager had impeccable customer service skills. Her knowledge of her job and the politeness were exceptional. The grounds were ok. The space rent is very reasonable. The space between units is a plus. Might just be a future tenant.

I have been checking around local RV parks for a space to park my 5th wheel on a monthly basis. While the monthly cost at Reddingwood RV was the most competitive, the process to get the 5th wheel moved in into this park was very efficient fast. Mrs. Rhonda Litle is a very competent, responsive, and professional manager, I enjoyed her and her support in renting this space.

I stayed there for about 8 months. It is filled with druggies one one side and old folks on the other. I witnessed homeless camps that surrounded the RV ok. Seriously don't do it.. it's nasty and caretaker is never answering phones or present... Keep looking!!
