Positive: Nothing Negative: The door on the wheelchair accessible room unlocked, but would not open. They reassigned me to a room that I had to climb six stairs to get to. It had a tub with a seat across it, but no hot water not that night nor the next morning. Shameful.

My name is Tyrone Washington. I AM WRITING THIS REVIEW IN HONOR OF TWO OF YOUR BEST EMPLOYEES. AVYAN AND .NICOLAS. HE WORK IN THE EVENING SHIFT. THESE TWO FRONT DESK AGENTS ARE THE BEST EMPLOYEES THAT . MY FAMILY AND CO WORKERS HAVE EXPERIENCED SUCH OUTSTANDING HOSPITALITY AND MAKING US FEEL SO WELCOME AT ALL TIMES. I THINK THAT AVYAN SHOULD BE PROMOTED TO SUPERVISOR OVER ALL. ALWAYS HAVE A GREAT SMILE . THE WORK ETHIC IS ALWAYS PERFECT. NICOLAS IS THE BEST FOR THE EVENING. VERY OUTSTANDING SKILLS. IF AVYAN DOESNG GET PROMOTED .WE WILL BE VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS DECISION. THESE TWO EMPLOYEES ARE VERY GOOD AT THEIR WORK. PLEASE MAKE A NOTE.

I have stayed many times at this location and it's always a wonderful experience. The staff, especially the General Manager (Claudia), has always been so sympathetic, empathetic and kind to me over the years; paying good attention to my disability needs and making sure that I have a safe and secure accommodating room.

Me and my husband came here not too long ago and I did not like it. First a young Mexican boy came to the front desk, he was dressed as if he was going to high school or something, he was on his phone, didn’t acknowledge that I was there. I was waiting for about 10-20 minutes before he spoke. His customer service sucked!!!. When I opened the door a rat ran under the AC AND I was hit with a god awful smell. The carpet had this stench. Overall I would give this hotel a 1

I’ve stayed here before, but this stay was by far the worst. They made the room keys three different times because the first two times, they didn’t work. I had to drag my toddlers and dog up the stairs 2 different times! Not only that, but the staff were not dressed appropriately. The one guy was wearing slips and had his hoodie up. The room was terrible. Things were falling apart, stains were on the walls and top blanket. The curtain rod was about to come out of the wall. Never again!
