red roof inn plus wow i was there spending my money on this hotel until my house was finish being renovated so i was there sometimes, i spent good money at that red roof but i just got fed up with that older lady at the front desk she was nasty and unfriendly. she will tell you to leave after 28 days she said this is a business and they forbid to give customers who ask for a certain room on the first floor. they will say oh no you have to go to the back because the room in the front first floor is not ready yet but when i look in the window those room was done and ready, they give those room to certain customers , me and my aunt stay at this red roof a few nights but it was always something breaking down in the rooms , staff people want to give you the room of their choose not the cust

A “clean” folded towel had blood stains hidden inside, which smeared onto my legs after I used it. ||||This was a hazardous cleaning lapse and terrible quality assurance that created a direct risk of exposure to bloodborne diseases such as HIV, Hepatitis B, and Hepatitis C. I also dealt with night-long itching, raising concern about potential bed bug problem in the bedding.||||It’s now been over a month since my stay, and I still have not received a refund. My boyfriend and I stayed at this location recently, and while we were ultimately allowed to stay, the experience was confusing and disappointing due to inconsistent communication and poor upkeep. Before booking, I called the hotel directly to confirm their age policy. I spoke with a female employee for over 30 minutes and asked her to verify this specific Richmond Highway location, since I know policies vary by property. I also mentioned that online it stated guests under 21 must be 18+ with a valid military ID, and I asked if that applied here. She clearly told me no, and said that as long as one guest was 18+ with a valid ID, we would be fine. Based on that confirmation, we booked four nights through Expedia. Positive: No bed bugs. Convenient location. Staff was friendly. Negative: The room smelled like an old smoky bar.

Worst night I’ve ever had in my life. We booked a “premium room on the first floor,” but the room smelled damp and old. The odor was so strong we couldn’t stand it, and the bed cover was stained, so we requested another room. The second room had the exact same smell, so we asked for something on an upper floor. They finally gave us a room on the third floor. The smell there was slightly better, but later at night I could clearly smell cigarette odor embedded in the headboard and curtains. I couldn’t sleep at all. The room was extremely poor quality. I’ve stayed at other Red Roof locations and they were at least decent for the price, but this one was just disgusting.
