Be aware that if you have booked multiple days and you don’t check in on the first one, the next day the room that you paid for is already taken and the money that you spent is lost without a refund. Why? Because they can!

One of the worst hotel experiences I've dealt with. Some would be put off by the guests at the hotel = itinerant individuals, migrants, homeless, etc. I was not as everyone in this country deserves a safe place to be and sleep. | SAFE was the issue. NONE of the access doors to the building are ever locked! They have "guards" in the halls but sometimes they fall asleep or aren't there. The "management" is reckless to say the least. All that is said is "I'll call my supervisor" - and don't. I am appalled that such an unsafe environment exists for all the guests there. I've reported to the state. Our reservation was made 6 weeks prior to a wedding we were attending and I got a call 2 days before the event telling me they had to cancel our reservation due to being overbooked! Their excuse was we booked it through a 3rd party (Hotels.com). They refused to help in any way including refunding our full payment. Luckily Hotels.com were wonderful in finding a hotel for us at the price we originally paid. I would NEVER recommend this place.

Positive: Nothing!! Negative: Bugs in room. Mattress was old and no support whatsoever. Staff was not helpful and not able to assist due to lack of English language... noise kept us up past midnight..

They don't even deserve 1 star. Don't book with them, they'll call you and cancel as you're on the way to them. Less than 48 hrs to my booking they called and said they were overbooked. Unbelievable, as they should of checked all reservations as they were being booked, not last minute.
