Went down for a quick weekend for an event with our dogs. Its great that they allow dogs however, the rooms were dirty. I dont think they mopped the bathroom floors. The sheets were stained. We paid extra for "premium room" but there was nothing premium about it. It was supposed to be upgraded mattresses for more comfortable sleep...the mattresses were horrible. That was supposed to include snacks which would have been good because we were hungry after a long day but those were NOT included. They give no shampoo & conditioner bottles...its one packet of shampoo for two people for two nights. It was the size of a ketchup packet. No conditioner. No lotion. No body soap. Great convenient location. The room was ok. The bathroom had seen better days (poorly repaired crack in the shower, floor corners with buildup). The beds were comfortable enough for the two nights we were there. My main complaint is that my daughter left a pair of expensive sandals on the floor next to the bed when we checked out and despite my multiple calls to the desk, they stated that they never found them.
