The lady at the front desk was very helpful with our stay! Even extended our checkout time to 12:o clock at no extra charge! Very delightful lady must go there again! A+ rating!

If you need a place to stay this is the perfect place. I love this hotel and everything about it. Every single employee is so nice, kind, helpful and very welcoming. I have made a good relationship with all of them. The rooms are fantastic. They are big rooms that have very nice bathrooms and great showers/tubs. The beds and pillows are so comfortable. Each room has a fridge and microwave. It's always so clean in the rooms and the entire hotel overall. The cleaning crew are great at their job and always make sure you have what you need. They have a ice machine on each floor, vending machines, free morning coffee and strong fast wifi. I could continue on forever with how much I love this hotel. To say my experience was horrible is an understatement. The hallway smelled like wet dog so bad it made my partner throw up, as well as the smell coming from the AC unit in our room. The room looked nothing like the online photos. Then the toilet tank flooded overnight because of the flap being stuck open and the entire room floor was literally under water. All of my clothes and belongings were soaked with toilet water. The manager didn’t even believe me over the phone and sent a maintenance worker to my room to argue with me about why the toilet wasn’t broken. Unbelievable. Not a single apology or any kind of reimbursement was even offered. All around a very nasty place. Not to mention the whining dogs left alone in just about every room on the first floor. I do not recommend staying here

Room was clean, sheets and bathroom also very clean, we had no problem checking in , front desk and staff were very nice. . Really quiet . Would definitely stay here again

Absolutely disgusting place, do not recommend. Outdated. Weird smell of some smelly heavy parfume mixed with a wet air. Holes in the blanket and in the curtains. When I entered my room, there was completely wet window and I could not even open it due to rust. Mold in the ceiling as well. Very filthy vibe in this place. Not a safe feeling at all, reminded me some horror movies. Me and my wife booked a room in this place and after 10 minutes we decided to find a better place to stay in.
