Red Roof Inn Winston-Salem

Big shout out to Ama and Amantha! ( front desk staff ) - I travled to Winston Salem for an old college friends wedding, somthing I'd never dream of missing. Upon arival Amantha informed me due to a computer error all rooms were booked dispite my reservation made a week prior. Both ladies sat with me and called customer service together, untill we gained special permission to walk down units in hopes of finding one in decent shape. Sure enough, there was a room exact to the one I reserved that was 99% near rent ready. The room was only marked off due to a small bathroom door hole patch work order not yet completed, the rest of the room was spotless. Thanks so much for going above and beyond to make sure I made the wedding on time! Happy Redi Points member retained!

Positive: The staff was friendly and tried to correct the issues I had during my stay. Negative: The rooms were not clean, I changed rooms 3 times and the 3 rd one was just acceptable. None of the floors were clean and the sheets had stains. I didn't even attempt to shower.

There was a LOT wrong with our room. First... no phone to call to the front desk if needed, second, only one towel and no washcloths for 2 people in a "king" room, trash from previous guests, nastiness behind doors and on walls, burn holes in the comforters, and small flies everywhere... NOT happy... as someone who has worked in this industry for 20 years, this is disgusting

1st off huge shout out to Manan and Roshni aka light... the front desk staff was just phenomenal. Really professional and extremely helpful with a 3rd party booking i accidently made and they went above and beyond to ensure that the other booking app did not screw me over. They both manan and Roshni called and spoke on my behalf to the 3rd party and made sure I didn't get jipped for my money. They've all been extremely courteous and made sure that my stay was pleasant and peaceful. Thank you again manan and Roshni

Positive: Shower feels great!! Good internet connection in some of the rooms Negative: I booked a king bed, but when it was time to check in and got to the room it was a queen bed. The young lady receptionist was rude when I asked about the bed and suggested that I cancel my reservation, and it was not her job to tell me about the room
