Their customer service is top notch and friendly. The price is quite fair and the Hot tub is a bonus that we quite enjoyed!! The rooms are very spacious and extremely clean. The Ref Roof in is my choice of Hotel. The Valdosta location has always treated us well!!

Super dirty place! Everything look old and feel like not being cleaned! Dog hairs are everywhere on the bedding! Feel itchy laying on the bed! Even not dare to use the blanket!

I reserved two rooms at this property on March 11, 2025 to attend my Granddaughter's graduation from Valdosta State University one King Single and one double queen the rooms were booked through Expedia never again. Checked in around 6 pm went to dinner returned around 11pm the rooms had roaches the room were infested with roaches the phone didn't work in one room and no phone in the other room no one answered at the front desk. Had wait to talk to someone the next day May9, 2025. The rooms were disgusting asked for my money back was told I booked through a third party Expedia they would have to refund my money. Talking to Expedia was a nightmare with no results. They said the rooms were nonrefundable We should have been given clean and safe' The hotel voided the contract of nonrefundable m

We picked this hotel due to being the closest to the softball tournament fields. The rates were the best for the quality. Staff was super friendly and even allowed for a late check out.

The room was ok, but I was told there was no charge for my dog, but In the end I was charged $15. For my dog (who is absolutely no problem) , total charge for $69. Room ended up $104. Not happy about that.
