Best Western Plus Valdosta Hotel & Suites

Wow!! What a hidden gem!! I had the pleasure of staying here with family this past weekend and enjoyed every moment of the stay. To start I was greeted by Ms. Genesis at the front desk, she was so pleasant and patient with me and my indecisiveness of room choice. She even walked me down to see a few of the different rooms. Such great customer service. The lobby area was very nice, clean and quiet. The hallways and elevators was just as clean there was a clean smell throughout, no moldy or musty smells there. So now I make it to my room which was the Queen with a slight view, the bed is very comfortable . The rooms are a very nice size and comes with a kitchenette (studio style)and a nice size bathroom. The rooms are very well kept and clean, Best Western really takes pride with this gem

Unusual for me, but I can’t think of anything major to complain about. They hit all the boxes. Very well kept inside and out, friendly, knowledgeable staff, lovely, clean room with kitchenette, nice breakfast with a good selection of warm and cold (which was tasty), and a latte, mocha, hot chocolate machine!||We didn’t use the exercise room, pool, or hot tub, but they appeared well maintained. The bed was comfortable, room temperature adjustable. Hot shower. Good sized vanity. Quiet elevator. We appreciated that pets are welcomed, and that they have their own floors. A+. Value=100%||If it works out in our travels, there is no doubt that we will return here.

Located right next to interstate so convenient for travelling. The most comfortable bed and well set out room I have ever slept in. Front desk staff, especially Michael Hall, was nice, accommodating, and just down right pleasant. Would very well recommend.

My husband and I have been migrating snowbirds for 13 years and have stayed in a lot of hotels. This one ticks all the boxes.|Staff: the clerk who checked me in was both efficient and friendly. Calls kept coming in but she kept calm and finished with me. Later, I ordered a meal through DoorDash but the 'dasher' left the meal at the desk. The clerk called and offered to deliver the meal to us. I told her that I'd come down and when the elevator door opened, one of the clerks was standing there with my meal and a smile on his face. It was one of those special, 'above and beyond ' moments that really make you feel good.|Room: absolutely clean (a must for me) and comfortable. I don't know how old this hotel is but you couldn't tell from the room. It was nicely decorated. I have only one sugges
