Candlewood Suites Valdosta Mall by IHG

This particular location would have received a full 5 star across the board, but our King bed was tired! We would have made them change rooms, but it was late and we just wanted some rest. Staff were very friendly; the property was in great shape and clearly much newer or recently updated. Overall, a good location if you are traveling through, and we would stay again but would make sure we didn't have a worn-out bed in the room before settling in! I would recommend a bed audit by management and make sure customers are 5star satisfied!

Candlewood Suites Valdosta, GA||What a great place to stay. (I have already been here for 6 months!) location is great staff is superb clean rooms, comfortable bed, inviting pool covered patio area with gas grills workout room with equipment, free guest washer and dryer and rooms available with studio type kitchen what more could you ask for ? Oh yea, they have great rates too!

The room was large and spacious, and it was well equipped with cooking utensils. The water pressure was fine as well. However, the air conditioner was extremely loud. Because of the outside temperature, we couldn’t turn it off and had to keep it on, and it sounded like there was a construction site right next to us.

I needed a one night stop at a nice hotel on my way to Florida. I ended up in Valdosta and I have to say this hotel exceeded my expectations. After calling a few different hotels in the area to ask basic questions, I chose Candlewood because the guy at the front desk was super helpful and the friendliest person I had spoken to (including restaurants in that area). The hotel was clean, comfortable, quiet, and had everything one would need for a pleasant stay. They do not offer breakfast but everything else was so great it really did not matter to me. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very happy with our stay ! Highly recommend ,we travel with our Great Dane and some places have weight restrictions ,this puts us in a jam when we're traveling . They have great,well lit grass dog walking areas which is important to us! The room very clean with desk to eat at and full size refrigerator and microwave,sink and counter area! Very spacious room! We will be back,,,we do this trip 2 or 3x per year ! Oh and lots of food options very close by!
