Wild Adventures Safari Campground

This was our second time staying at the tent site. The sites are always clean and i love the playground is close to the tent sites. Check in and check out is quick and easy. Bathrooms aren't too far of a walk and always clean. If you have a refillable cup, the store has a drink machine. Dont forget a candy bar for candy bar bingo! The back entrance to the park is nice as well. My only suggestion would be to add a few more events or things to do, especially for the days the park doesnt open until noon.

Nice & clean, new campground, but the friendly staff are what sets it apart. Everyone from the person who checked us in, to the guy in charge, to the facilities man on the Gator — and everyone we met in between — went out of their way to be kind, helpful, and welcoming. My little girls had a blast hand-feeding the birds in the aviary, playing Candy Bar Bingo, swinging on the playground, and watching the zebras and ostriches from the campsites. The location is perfect, and the facilities are clean and inviting, but the people who work there are really what sets it apart. Thanks for a great time!

We just wrapped up a two-month visit at Wild Adventures Safari campground and cannot say enough good things about the experience! The easy access to the amusement park, pool, and aviary was fantastic, and we loved the opportunities to view the animals. We found all the facilities to be very clean, the laundry room including the bathrooms with individual shower stalls. The family-friendly atmosphere—complete with the playground, cornhole, ladder ball, and ping pong table—made our stay very enjoyable. Camping next to the exotic animals was one of the coolest experiences we’ve ever had. The proximity to Wild Adventures Theme Park was unbeatable; being just a short walk away from seeing zebras, giraffes, ostriches, buffalo, primates, and lions was incredible. Nice pool area. Easy access to the amusement park. Poorly thought out sewer connection as it's so high it's very difficult to get the poo to flow. You'll see what I mean when you get there. Our campsite was not level and the rain pooled up on the north side of our site. Additionally, there are many high weeds on our site. The staff was helpful and friendly. It's a fairly new park, but needs some adjustments to make for a truly enjoyable stay. Don't expect me to apologize for being the only 3 star review. I'm tough on places (click on my name and read my intro). That said, we'll come back when the park matures a bit.

We stayed three nights at the campground. Site 129 gave us an up close and personal view of giraffes, zebra, ostriches and more. We were steps from the entrance to the park. Everyone was very helpful. Grandchildren loved the bird aviary. Cool down in the pool. Booked the giraffe and tamanua encounters were worth it. Would definitely stay again
