You get what you pay for. The staff were friendly enough, and the room was the best you could hope for initially. Later in the night , however, we spotted at least three roaches, one small and two big, in the room. We also had difficulty accessing the free wifi. Only stayed one night, but if you can afford it, book at a better hotel for peace of mind. The shower and towels had stains and we decided to skip showers as we did not trust the sanitation of the shower.

Positive: Nothing Negative: The bed was stained, the furniture was broken there was holes in the walls. The bathtub had stains, the toilet wouldn't flush. It felt extremely gross

Room was smelling like mold or cigarettes, pillows had stains lamp was all rusted… bathroom looked dirty

The rooms are not the most updated or the most nicest but the staff is incredible. I have been staying here since the 15th of January due to falling on some hard times and the office staff have been amazing to me. Their service, professionalism and hospitality makes my stay more enjoyable. They are also nonjudgmental and accommodating when possible. I will stay here again in the future if needed and I definitely recommend.

lol, booked my room a day before . Had a late check in , was supposed to be a “non smoking “ room . When arriving in the room , there were burn marks all on the covers and sheets . Calling the front desk the man was super rude . Said they wash them all together . Well that’s stupid . They should all be smoking rooms then . When asked for a different room, he said none were available - mind you I PASSED ATLEAST 4-5 open rooms . You lying but continue . lol 😂 and then say if I want to leave I can come get a refund. That’s not how you treat guests . And you website lied . Says it had a mini fridge and microwave and it does not !! SMH do better . EDIT - just to add just checked the sheets still hair here from previous occupants, and stains on the sheets . Did these even get washed ? That’s f
