Red Roof Inn & Suites Thomasville

I’d give it a solid 8.5 on the stabby scale, had to wear shoes in the room otherwise my socks would’ve been stuck to the floor. Only soap like substance in the room was an empty “Shower Gel” bottle in the shower (alway a fun discovery after you’re already IN the shower) walls are paper thin and the dog in the room next door barked every hour. The local people around the parking lot were pretty friendly albeit pretty sketchy LOL Bed was comfortable but I’m not sure that I would have called those pillows

Positive: "" Negative: Room not clean, bedding not clean. Parking lot, especially near dumpster had trash everywhere. There were clearly people selling drugs out of some of the rooms. A homeless person walked out from behind the dumpster.

This is a long review. My stay was horrible. I did stay seven nights and should have checked out sooner I guess I just thought it would get better. The front desk staff were nice when I checked in and the room was clean that’s all I can say nice about this place. While I was putting my things in the room the housekeeper started telling me how someone had stolen $80 from her food stamp card. I’m a hotel guest I’m not her friend or an employee. Then everyday she would knock on my door come in my room complaining about everything and asking me for Coke Zero, candy even a tip. I was shocked and didn’t know what to do. I don’t like people in my room, my cat is afraid of people so she was ruining his stay and I needed to rest. The other housekeeper also came in my room and asked for a drink. I

When we first got there it was a little hectic at the front desk so we were worried but the place was very clean and worked out great! 

All in all this was a fairly good value. The motel lobby apparently doubles as a clothing and food pantry, which seemed odd. There were only two towels and one washcloth in the room and one of the towels was ripped up. The room was decent but not very clean, as the photo shows. I guess you get what you pay for.
