Hampton Inn Thomasville

Staff couldn’t have been friendlier and more welcoming. Everyone I spoke with was helpful and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was easy and going well. Great location with awesome food options nearby, and the manager was so fantastic. Will be staying here anytime I’m in the area in the future!

We travel quite a bit and prefer to stay in Hampton Inns because they are dog friendly. This Hampton Inn is our favorite among all that we have stayed at. I can't think of a single negative thing. The desk area is especially welcoming. The layout in the desk area is unlike any other Hampton I we have been in. It is very appealing.

Very nice room, it didn't just look clean, it felt clean. But it did smell like dog. I respect and agree with the pet policies of hotels, but this is an unfortunate consequence of accepting pets. I am glad that they do not try to overcoat the smell with chemical perfume sprays because those really bother me. I always carry a diffuser in my luggage to help sanitize the air in hotel rooms and this really helped. ||It was a big spacious room, very clean bathroom. The couch was very comfortable to sit on and the fabric looked clean. The floor felt clean on my feet, so overall the room was very clean. ||The breakfast area was neat and clean, the food was standard hotel variety but slightly a cut above. The staff were incredibly nice at check in, check out, and when I had questions. The room I had just seemed old and outdated…the toilet seat had chips in the paint and the floor seemed sticky. Other than that, it was a fine stay at a Hampton with comfy beds and clean sheets. It was also pretty quiet during my stay. The parking lot seemed too small, both nights I had to park in the lot “next door”

Positive: The lobby was decorated beautifully for Christmas. And the coffee station was well stocked. Negative: I didn’t like the fact that the blackout shades weren’t working and when I told front desk they said the light one was black out; however, when I checked other rooms from outside you could see into the room at night. The roll aways need new mattresses.
