Best Western Plus Rose City Conference Center Inn

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had at any hotel, not only a Best Western. Staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. Everything was spotless. Every time we walked in the door, they were cleaning something. The rooms were nice—and again, very clean. This was our first time staying in Thomasville. If the need arises to visit again, this is where I will stay. Oh, and breakfast is very nice, especially for a continental. Great opportunity to grab something quick and get on with your visit. The breakfast staff is helpful and professional. Be sure to stop by the coffee machine! I think there were like 16 types of coffees and they were all good! Thanks for a lovely stay everyone!

This is a no frills but is clean and quiet and has everything you need. The staff is friendly and efficient. The location is excellent for travelers. What it lacks in charm it makes up for in convenience. There is everything you need within walking distance. I don't think I have ever stayed anywhere that had so many options so nearby. There is a grocery store and a building supply and a gas/convenience store across the street and every dining option you can imagine.

Positive: Room size and location, near shopping, food, and town. Negative: Being renovated, so I'll cut it some slack. Internet was sporadic (I work online so a biggie for me). Only one luggage cart. Not good at checkout time.

Welcomed warmly by all staff,nice breakfast clean updated room,indoor pool AND A SAUNA..... WONDERFUL!! THE STAFF makes it all wonderful!thank you Alexis for the extra professional exchanges we appreciate everyone there!!hope to visit again!!oh And even have a high boy toilet us seniors have these in our home so having while we travel...yay!! Hotel, rooms are very clean! Great breakfast! Great location!! Stayed here several times, we attend church down the road from this location but live a couple hours away. Upon our arrival of our last stay we were greeted in the lobby by the thick smell of alcohol, loud music and lots of people (hanging out). Apparently they had rented out the ball room for some party and the party spilled out all over the hotel! Intoxicated People roaming the halls making all kinds of noise, stench fresh smoked weed all over the hotel, and worst of all just loud noises ALL NIGHT long! No sleep! Awful! I have a room booked for another night here in the coming weeks and unfortunately I cannot cancel it. When the comments were made the front desk they did apologize but did nothing!
