Red Roof Inn & Suites Albany, GA

We spent the night here, on our way to visit historic Andersonville. We checked in late, and Toyo was a very nice receptionist. The place looked very nice….until we got in the room. The room was spacious, and comfortable; but the bad part is that there are roaches. Also, the bathroom was in disrepair; with the toilet seat broken, and a slow water flow. My three pet rabbit service animals didn’t seem to mind so much, and it was only for one night. The TV, and everything else; worked well. Would I stay here again? Yes; if they take care of the roach situation.|( (|( -.-)|o_(“)(“)

Wonderful place to stay when traveling thru Albany. Very courteous staff & owner! Prices are reasonable & rooms are large & accommodating for disabled people with wheelchairs. Quiet & just a great place to stay!!!

Positive: Nothing Negative: It had roaches, the refrigerator smell like there was something dead in it. They didn't offer any refund or replace the refrigerator.

Location is great for what we needed.. Breakfast only had one thing waffles oh and cold cereal. The outlet had exposed wire in the room with no cover. The bathroom toilet paper roll had no holder. They drain in the bathroom Sink had no cover on it. Same with the shower. The bathroom door had no way to latch it broken handle with no insert.The first room we got smelled really bad like dog. We went to the service desk and she was very nice about getting us another room on the second floor. The room didn’t have any dog smell but the hall smelled of pot.

I was having an extremely hard time rebooking a room, and the receptionist at the time was absolutely amazing. He was patient, kind, and very professional while helping me through the process. His customer service was outstanding, and he made a stressful situation much easier for me. Despite a few obstacles, my experience turned out great thanks to the excellent service I received. The room was also absolutely cozy and amazing! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone—you can expect a comfortable stay and truly great customer service!
