They have the best people that work there. The rooms are clean and they watch everything very closely. I feel safe when I stay there. The ladies that work the desk are the nicest and help in anyway they can. I believe to have that kind of dedication they deserve a raise for all they do!!! Positive: Very clean, airy, good room amenities. Negative: Locked toilet paper dispenser (I get it), but it wasn't fully stocked and had to go get toilet paper from front desk.

Ordered handicap room Problem! bed was so high a wheelchair bound person would not be able to get in it. As a 5’3” tall person I could hardly get in the bed! Shower seat very slippery floors very dirty! No Breakfast! coffee only no milk only creamers! No tea bags!

Room 123. First the good things...bed was comfy and room was clean, the toilet and sink were new, heater worked well. On the bad side, the room had many items that need work. The bathroom shower was NOT good at all. The shampoo, shower gel and hand soap were empty. No counter area adjacent to sink which was inconvenient, TV picture was granulated with stripes, door security device was hanging sideways and was useless, and toilet paper was stuffed in peep hole in door.

I have stayed here twice now, the rooms are clean they have all amenities in the rooms. They also are not like other motels or hotels. They actually watch the parking lot for security. They watch the halls the staff is very pleasant, trustworthy and accommodating to any needs that need attention at any time. Rooms have microwave frig cable and the good cable too. For springfield missouri there is not a better place to stay and the price is more than exceptional for what we get. Thank you for your kindness cleanliness and all that you do. I would rate this stay a 10 🌟 🤩 compared to the rest.
