Hampton Inn Springfield-Southeast

We had such a wonderful stay at this Hampton Inn in Springfield! From the moment we walked into our room, it was spotless and smelled fresh and clean. You can always tell when housekeeping really cares, and it showed. The bed was incredibly comfortable one of those “sink in and instantly relax” kind of comfortable which made it so easy to unwind. The hotel was completely full the weekend we stayed… including what seemed like an entire army of cheerleaders (pom-poms and all 😂). We honestly expected a little chaos, but to our surprise, it was impressively quiet. Either the walls are magically soundproof, or this is the most well-behaved group of cheerleaders in history! Kayla was so sweet at check in. Hotel is beautiful and clean. The pool was warm and has a cute little fire pit outside. Staff at breakfast were so nice and sweet. So many options at breakfast, that my very picky 7 year old eater had options! We love this place and will definitely be coming back!

The staff are always so friendly and welcoming every time we stay here. The rooms are clean and comfortable—what more could you ask for when you’re away from home? We typically travel with both our dog and our baby, and this place consistently makes our stays easy and enjoyable.

1st time in Springfield & was not disappointed; I see why the ratings were accurate. Remodeling has happened (atleast on the 4th floor). Room was very clean, pretty spacious, bed very comfortable, liked layout, spacious restroom with good size shower, plenty of parking, great breakfast buffet with plenty of options & hot food. All workers were helpful & take time to interact with you. Very safe area. Route to hotel is unique, but you will easily get there (several turns & do not see hotel off the highway. Make sure you do not park in the pickleball parking lot across from hotel. Did not park there, but workers stresses this when checking in. Will definately return next time staying in Springfield area.
