Red Roof Inn Spartanburg - I-85

Friendly staff except for the chubbier guy that usually works 2nd or 3rd shift, he has a nasty.disposition, woke up one day and this staff member was standing pretty much over us watching us sleep when we woke up there he was!! Oh I forgot the maintenance guy with the bald head is very very rude disrespectful craes a lot and curses while he taking out trash not beey good for children to hear this man cursing and screaming like he does, should not be working in a hospitality position. Now, other than those two everyone else is very nice and helpful and makes you feel at home. Rooms were.clesn just had a few problems with things not working correctly like sink was leaking so we had fo move to another room when the heat came on it almost caught on fire due to something in the wires popped so

Positive: Nothing had no hot water Negative: Dirty no hot water and rude workers

Staff was helpful as far as housekeeping but front desk was rude. The lady working mornings on weekend was snide and has always been rude.

Pictures are very deciving of this place online. I do not recommend staying here. Beds are just a mattress on a metal frame. Not comfortable and seen a lot of work that needs to be done.

Checked in before 9pm and the front desk clerk was nowhere to be found. Had to call the number on the sign. Witnessed a parking lot drug deal. Room was dirty with no towels. Needed a Room fast, do not recommend you stay here
