Red Roof Inn Prattville

I see alot of bad reviews and just wanted to share my experience. I stay at The Red Roof Inn alot actually I'm here today. My room is always clean, no contact with any type of bugs, all appliances work fine. My only concern was the smell when I come inside into the hallway which someone included in their review. My thoughts on that or the first thing that came to mind was the that the smell is coming from someone using drugs in their room which I still feel like that is the explanation for that, I may be wrong but it smells extremely loud. After working long hours on my job Red Roof Inn has been the place that I come to to get some much needed rest it is very quiet here and peaceful. Somebody mentioned in their review that the staff were not very friendly yeah a couple of them need to work

The room was very dated and not kept well at all had bugs and I stayed 3 nights my room was never cleaned or new towels I won't ever stay there again ever!!

Not too far from Montegomery and in a really nice area. We were allowed to check in early which was a welcoming relief after driving forever through some insane icy roads. The room was alright, only one trash can for the whole room and bathroom, and we did have to ask for the remote from the front desk but the room was clean and the bed was warm and comfy.

My stay at the Red Roof Inn was very relaxing stay. I had very good service. Everyone was very kind. I always enjoy my stay.

It definitely needs to be cleaned better. Using a vacuum to clean the floors would do wonders. When you come in you can see a billion hairs on the floor, especially on the bathroom tile. Most of what you physically touch is clean luckily, like the toilet and the sink. Not a bad place, my problem is the attitude of workers. We went in to the lobby for breakfast 5 minutes before closing. It's just a waffle maker, cereal, yogurt. Something you do quickly to get in and get out. The second we enter we hear the woman at the lobby yell that we have two minutes and that she takes everything down fast. She runs up from her chair to start removing breakfast items so we couldn't have any! Like.. if you want to stick to rules and close at 9 on the dot then cool, whatever but if you're sticking to rule
