Holiday Inn Express & Suites Prattville South by IHG

Positive: The hotel was very clean-all areas from the room, to the pool to the common breakfast area. The location was good but I didn't travel much out of the area. Some casual shopping nearby. Breakfast was adquate-typical breakfast for a Holiday Inn. Negative: The pool was in the shade so the water was never warm enough to swim even though the temps outside were 80+ degrees.

The property was located near restaurants and shopping. The hotel was clean and offered the usual breakfast. The bed was nice and the shower was good. We ended up in a handicap room which was equipped with a large bathroom. I would stay at this property again.

Good day My stay at the Holiday Inn Express was not an great experience. My daughter and grandkids check in on Thanksgiving day. Once we checked into the room we noticed the bedspreads were dirty and stained. We told the gentleman at the front desk that the bed spreads were dirty and the gentleman had housekeeping to change the spreads. We left to go have dinner with family members and when we returned late in the evening to take a shower the water in the shower was cold. My daughter and I left the water running for a few minutes and the water still was cold. We had to take quick showers in cold water and its November. The towels were hard to the face and body and very scratchy. I called the front desk on 11/28 and asked to speak to the manager to report the dirty spreads, hard towels col

The hotel is what you would expect from Holiday Inn Express with clean rooms & bathrooms, hot breakfast with great choices and super comfy beds. The staff is what made this place beyond exceptional! The lady greeting us at our late evening check in had the best personality, friendly and upbeat! Checking out the gentleman was very kind and friendly. The grab and go bags at breakfast are a nice touch!

Clean room, but only one towel and we checked in as a couple. It would have been nice if they had told us at check-in that they only put one towel per room. Also, the walls are super thin! You can hear a flea fart in the next room. Tub drain was very slow. Elevator inspection is out of date.
