All the staff professional and friendly. Rooms clean and beds comfy. Breakfast was on point but needs more variety, besides the sausage and plain round egg. Very pet friendly which is a plus.

The exit number is not listed with address so I realized I missed my exit on I65 when I saw Bass Pro Shop. I got off next exit and called hotel and was told across from Walmart but not told which side of road on. The person on Wyndham reservation Walker Wilker and I could not get it changed at hotel. I did get downstairs room as asked and glad I could park right outside my room as an older woman traveling alone. Bed was comfortable, room was clean, ac worked good, I liked the muffins coffee and juice at breakfast all I had.

For starters, I was traveling alone cross country with my 8 year old daughter and we booked this room because it had 8.2 stars on hotels.com AND it claimed to be with walking distance to an Applebee's. While it was definitely within waking distance it was not a safe passage nor pedestrian friendly to cross the highway with zero crosswalk and a blind curve. When we walked into our room it had the unpleasant aroma of stale cigarettes, attempted to call the front desk but the in-room phone was broken, never a good sign. These were outdoor access rooms and we had to sleep with a chair under the door handle because the burglar security latch was broken in 2 places and unusable. Positive: The outside of the hotel area was very clean. The lobby and breakfast area was very clean. Negative: The facility said 100 % smoke free and it wasn't. The woman checking me in and the head cleaning lady was smoking, getting a huge puff of smoke in my face. The pool wasn't open. The breakfast was lacking, not impressed.

Says coffee maker, but has none, none offered by lobby except AM. Said Pool is open in Booking.com. I asked to make sure was told yes but no, not open. Booked a pool view room for that reason. Asked for ground floor, was none on the pool/back side. Room is comfortable but only one shampoo and conditioner and two towels, wash clothes. Seems like they dont want to be generous atall.
