Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Prattville-Montgomery

Wonderful, clean and comfortable rooms. Staff is friendly and very nice. Easy access on and off freeway with restaurants close by. I wish all hotels were like this one when we travel. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Positive: The rooms i stayed in were ok but due to the staff issues and everything else that went on i will not be staying here again and would not recommend this hotel. Negative: The staff very unprofessional and rude.

It was alright. Kinda had a funky smell in the hotel room when you first walk in. Not a bad smell, just a weird smell. The room was clean though so that’s always a selling point for me. Nice location, felt safe staying here. Lots of shopping and restaurants close by. Housekeeping knocked on the door at 830AM. Bruh. Let me sleep.

Excellent value, spotlessly clean lobby, eating area and room. The room was also cool, dark, quiet, comfortable and perfect for sleeping. The staff was very polite, helpful and accommodating.

Guy at front desk should not be working here. Absolutely the worst employees and assistant manager if that was who he was should not be able to have the days inn name or Wyndham I've emailed both letting them know. Really shitty people working here. I book around 400 nights a year for me and my crew trough out the year and not because of these employees all employees will never stay in a Wyndham hotel including all construction crews that we deal with.
