Red Roof Inn New Orleans - Westbank

Most disturbing hotel experience ever. Not in my 8 years of traveling and staying in hotels have I ever seen something this nasty. I tried to have a good time in a hotel with my family. I guess God had other plans for me and my family because when we got into our rooms, the stench of weed and cigarettes hit us instantly. I look at the bed and there are stains on the mattress, carpet, and sheets. Not to mention the bugs crawling on our pillows, and the shower that was infested with cock roaches. The pool is disgusting, since it is filled with little kids, babies, and drunk parents. I saw a turd floating in the pool. My little boy that is eight year olds wasn’t able to swim because someone took a crap inside of the pool. Truly traumatizing, and sad. Would not recommend if you’re planning to

Sam (JaiShreeRam) was fantastic. Pleasant. Welcoming. Gave great recommendations for food and sites. We have stayed in Red Roof Inns the last 6 nights. The majority of employees we encountered were amazing. Sam was a step above the rest. Grateful he was our first experience ever in New Orleans!!! Please bless Sam for his diligence, friendliness and his service.

Sam @ the front desk is great! He has been very kind and helpful in any situation that has come up during our stay here at the Red Roof! Plus he's very knowledgeable about the in's & outs of the hotel which is always a plus! Especially in his position. I definitely give Sam 10 out of 10 stars!
