The room had a moldy smell and the humidity made the blankets moist. The Extra safety lock is hanging loose. The phone doesn’t work. The Internet wasn’t working, so the TV wasn’t working. Couldn’t plug up the tub to take a bath. Which was fine because the tub was slimy inside. People were outside on the balcony smoking cigarettes and marijuana. The Office lady Lee provided excellent customer service when checking in. #124

The ladies at the desk were always very sweet and very helpful. The rooms are surprisingly clean for the price and well equipped. The area is quiet, and feels safe if you’re from here and know what it is

Had cockroaches in the room. Asked to be changed to another room (only because I had prepaid and was going to loose my money). What I wanted to do was leave the hotel. They changed me to a room right above. On top of being in the same area of the hotel, there were 2 guys that were looking at us weirdly. When you have 2 females asking you to change the room because they don’t feel safe, you shouldn’t dismiss that. Really rudely, the front person said, “this is the last time I’m changing you, I’m not gonna deal with this”. If the room is not up to code, or the area feels unsafe, you should be able to change rooms. I asked for a room on the other side or the hotel. Did she take that into consideration? No! I am enjoying my stay at In town Suites. My room is like a studio apartment. It's quite and comfortable. I have lots of channels to watch on tv, nice stove top and refrigerator. I love my shower with added features. Most of all, it's affordable! Check it out...,.

I had a very unpleasant experience with the front desk girl at the Harvey location today when I called in to make sure one of our employees was checked in properly. The said employee was denied entry to his room. I booked a new hotel reservation for him on Hotels.com and the reservation was fully paid for. When I called in to check on the issue at 2:51PM on November 14, 2019, the front desk agent (who I do not know the name) answered the phone. After telling her I was calling to check on a hotel reservation for Devon Bailey, she told me the "card needs to be punched in, in order for the system to c
