Quality Inn Harvey - New Orleans

I really got a bad impression of your hotel. First, when we first went there to check in, the clerk was not only rude but also was not helpful. On the first night, I went back to the reception to tell the clerk that there was a bad odor in the room and that the bed sheets seemed stained. She only gave me some lysol to spray the room. The following morning I went to the clerk and ask her if the housekeeper can please clean some to see if the smell goes away and to change the sheets, but when we got back to the hotel that day, nothing was done ab out my requests. The second day at the hotel, I saw the housekeeper that was serving another room. I asked told her what the situation was and she said that she didn't have any new sheets to change our beds. I found the hotel not to be kept very c

First thing off when getting to our room there are rat traps all up and down the room doors. It is fenced in and you have to use your room key to get through the gate which the fence doesn’t look very secure at all. Not the hotel’s fault but we were awakened at 3:00am by a couple of Mexican families having a huge fight. We didn’t know what in the world was taking place. Then by the time we got settled down here comes the garbage truck around 4:00am so it was a long night. If they were to a a very cold night I doubt the heater could keep up because you could see daylight around the whole door. The room was fairly clean but over all the motel is pretty run down. Would not stay here again.

Locations good some of the staff is cool but cleanliness sucks prepare to clean ya own room when u get there

When I arrived, the front desk personnel was nice and polite and the best part of my stay. When I went around to my room, which was located inward, there was several men sitting outside on the stairwell, just hanging out. They were so loud that I had to put the television loud to be able to hear and pay attention to something other than what they had going on. On top of that, the floor wasn't cleaned properly and I had to keep on my shoes. The last straw was when the upstairs guest began banging on the floors, while the outsiders had more people join them outside my room door. After two hours, I checked out. A complete waste of my money. Just was trying to get some rest time in before work.

This hotel is HORRIBLE. To start things off, Robbie, the morning front desk guy, is the worst. He should not be working there. He is the most lazy, non caring person I have ever met. My wife checked in and asked him for more towels and he told her no. Later on in our stay, our room keys stopped working and we went and got new ones. This then happened another 3-4 times! We went down Everyday to get new room keys despite keeping the keys separated from phones and credit cards. We eventually went down in the evening when it was the night guy working and he then noticed the keys stopped working because they were only programmed for 1 day, and not the entire duration of our stay... Robbie was too lazy to check how long we were staying there to program the keys the correct duration. Oh, and ever
