Hassel's RV & Trailer Park

My wife and I stayed at Hassel’s RV Park for about five months, and it was an excellent experience. Mrs. Irene is one of the most helpful and kind park owners you’ll ever meet. When I first moved in, the receptacle at my pedestal was burned up — she came out immediately and replaced the plug on the spot. Another time, my wife accidentally locked herself out of the camper, and Mrs. Irene went out of her way to help, even trying spare keys until we got her back in. The park itself is quiet and safe — a true working man’s park with no riff-raff. Everyone keeps to themselves, and it stays peaceful day and night. There’s a washer and dryer on-site, and if you prefer, a good laundromat is less than 10 minutes away. The location is great too, with Walmarts, Target, Rouses, and several Dollar Gen

This is a two part review. First for management. 5 🌟, Ms. Irene is fantastic eager to make our stay as comfortable and safe as possible. She has great communication skills and prompt service with 0 tolerance for trouble in the park. Now, for the owner. Now that's a different story. He puts 0 effort into this park. The spots are tight and sloppy, the laundry house is run down and needs major updates. He takes 0 pride in his property. The only reason we will ever go back is because of the beautiful Ms. Irene and the amazing neighbor we meet! A little pride goes a very long ways!

This is a good place to stay. It is quiet and people are very nice, friendly and helpful. Itene is the best and will do everything in her power to make your stay pleasant. If we're back in the area we will definitely be staying here.

I’d 100% recommend Hassel’s RV Park! Irene is truly one of the best park managers I’ve ever met. I stayed at the park for a few years, and from day one, she went above and beyond; helping me get the camper parked just right, assisting with an electrical plug issue, and always being available with a smile. She made the park feel like home with her kindness and attention to detail. She even messaged me anytime I had a forgotten package waiting! Irene made the place great. it’s safe, clean, and welcoming. My stay at Hassel’s RV Park was genuinely enjoyable thanks to her. Thank you, Irene — you’re a gem!

The manager Irene is the BEST!! Any concerns or questions you may have she is always a call away. The campground is very clean and there are cameras which do make me feel better. Although there aren’t pictures to show there are PLENTY of places to walk your dog nearby as well. We highly recommend Hassel’s RV Park!!
