Best Western Plus Westbank

We stayed here the night before our cruise. They have a cruise and park package. It was great. The rooms were nice and clean. They have a pool, hot tub and restaurant and bar in the courtyard. There is also a free breakfast in the morning where you can have eggs or make a waffle. They also got us a cab to the port which was included in the upcharge for the cruise and park package. They have you park your car in front for safety while you are on the cruise. I highly recommend giving them a try.

Beautiful hotel for the price. Renovations have brought everything up to date. Breakfast was great with choice of pancakes and waffles along with bacon eggs potatoes and other breakfast items. Room is extremely clean and includes nice newer flat screen. Plenty of towels. Wall mounted soap and shampoo is citrus scented. Plenty of snacks and vending on site. Staff is awesome and check in was a breeze. Plenty of parking safe well lit parking under camera surveillance.

This is a very nice hotel in a perfect location if looking to avoid the madness of the French quarter. Roughly 15 minutes from the chaos offers a serene and peaceful hotel. We were here for 3 nights and enjoyed the time we had the opportunity to stay at the hotel. Parking is ample and great location to the room. The layout of the hotel is better than multiple 4 star locations I have stayed at. Their layout of bar/pool/hotel provides great ambiance. The breakfast was good and varied from day to day. The most important thing with any hotel is the customer service which this property excels above any expectations with the highlights being Kate during the morning shift and the lady that works the night shift who unfortunately I do not remember her name. We loved everything about this hotel.The rooms have a kurig, refrigerator, microwave and a large TV with what seems like endless channels. The breakfast is great with a waffle and pancake machine fresh yogurt machine and a complimentary mocha latte and coffee machine.They have a variety of fresh baked cookies in the evening .The woman who was in the breakfast room has worked in this hotel for 32 years!

Was calling around looking for a hotel when I found this hidden gem. Best Western plus WestBank literally saved us. We had booked at another hotel. That was a miserable fail. Luckily they had room for us. It was an awesome find. Everything was clean decorated beautifully. The front desk staff was absolutely awesome. Just a few minutes from the cruise port and they Have a deal for cruise port parking as well. They have a great little breakfast spot. The waffles was wonderful the little kitchenette area, where breakfast was served was very clean and easy to maneuver. They even have a sweet little cat. Don’t pass up on this hidden gem we will definitely be back. Thank you .
