Red Roof Inn Lexington

Ther service here has been a complete disaster. We walk in with it smelling like weed so strong it is breath taking. There were roaches crawling across the check in counter. We were refused the name of a GM when asked for the name and number after the staffs attitude was rude and cursing. All while a staff member was on the phone with the GM whom we could hear cussing. We reserved a room on a 3rd party site and they refused to give us a room we booked. The heavy set older lady has been rude and thrown attitude the entire time we have been here. Refused to give us her name when asked. Wouldn’t give us a contact to speak with anyone over her. DO NOT come here !!! You will absolutely regret it. Waste of ur time and money.

My reviews based on other Red Roof Inns…. This one was very economical. Close to the interstate. Room was clean. Property was OK but there seemed to be a lot of live in’s there. No breakfast of any kind but there was coffee in the lobby. Pretty average for a Red Roof Inn.

Positive: kill the bugs ! clean the room ! clean under the bathroom door ! clean the heat/air unit. Negative: horrible place and you should not let the place bear your name

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! We needed a pet friendly place to stay while we were in town for one night. We booked the room via mobile app and when my husband went in to pick up the room key, we were told that there was a $100 deposit. The lady at the desk repeatedly said it was "all over the website". We showed her it was not on the mobile app, so with much attitude, she scrolled all the way to the bottom of the website where it was written in very small print. In what universe does that constitute being "all over the website"? Anyways, we pull out the money for the deposit and then we're told we have to also pay for the entire night up front. Booked a non-smoking room, but got one that had a strong smoke smell. There wasn't any microwave, not even in the lobby. Several people coming and going after midnight, didn't have a decent night's rest.
