Red Roof Inn Lancaster - Strasburg

The room we were in was very clean nice and warm and the side we were on was very very quite. And the front desk lady was very kind. I would recommend this motel to everyone. Good job keep it up

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff was friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants.Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay!

Stayed here for about a week and it was horrible! They don’t clean your room the while time you are there. I asked at the front desk about getting sheets and towels changed after 5 days and he told me I could bring my towels and sheets down the next morning and they would wash them and give them back. I asked if the room could be cleaned and the manager said I could take the mop and vacuum and clean my own room. There is 1 guy who cleans the rooms; but only between guests so just imagine how dirty the room was. I moved the nightstand to vacuum and the dirt behind it looked as if it was there for 10 years. When I booked the room it said nothing about a $100 deposit that I had to pay when I checked in. They would not put it on my card, said they only accepted cash. I didn’t have $100 cash on

The Lady That Helped me Check in was Extremely Fantastic & Helpful. She was very Respectful, Kind and Attentive, We even had a whole conversation I almost forgot that I was checking in. When I ask for extra towels she wasn't rude about it or anything.
