Red Roof Inn Lancaster

These aren't good people they're greedy and lack empathy, I made a mistake while trying to rebook, and uh, somehow was able to book days that I already had stayed, which caused me to lose money. And days I'm homeless and currently living in hotels when I let them know about the mistake and what they could do to fix the mistake. They first agreed to help and then choose not to. So they could keep the extra money even after letting them know that I was homeless and I needed those other 2 days. They still denied me the help. And for some reason, even let me know that they were allowing me to stay The rest of my stay even though I had already paid for it. So basicallyThey were insinuating that they could have punished me for even trying to fix the problem.And the worst part is being homeless,

Newly remodelled.The hotel is very clean the staff is very helpful. Ample parking.Wifi was extremely fast. Lots of TV channels. Rooms were clean and tidy. I definitely recommend for family.

We have stayed here a few times but never as bad as this time. We found bed bugs in one of our beds at 10 pm. We had to switch rooms. Then that room had cock roaches. I have never been at a place like this. I asked for some kind of lower rate since we had to go through our belongings at 11pm and not able to sleep well because of the bugs! But they said they couldn't give me a break on the room rate. I wouldn't even give a 1 star for the room.

No desk in the room, only a small table with chairs much too low for the table which is a literal pain in the back to use, and absolutely unsuitable to sit in to watch TV. Facilities are either closed or outdated, but they made sure there were plenty of gambling "skill games". Towels were too few and too small. Free breakfast: gone. 24 hr business center: gone. 24 hr fitness center: gone. There wasn't even a decent table anywhere to play a boardgame with the family. The internet was serviceable, but there were barely any channels worth watching on cable. Very disappointing.

Hotel looks like a shelter with very questionable individuals hanging around the premises. Place is dirty. Rooms are dark, walls have not been painted. The landing had old, dirty furniture that needs to be discarded. Elevator is old and looks like it has not been inspected since before civid. This place is not fit to be open. Shame on Expedia for lisitinit as good. I would not stay there again if they offered me a free stay. Checked out as soon as we could. Never again!
