Everyone at this particular Red Roof Inn are extremely friendly, and accommodating. The office staff makes you feel welcome! The housekeeping staff goes above and beyond to meet your needs. The beds are comfortable, the room is spacious, and there is an oversized mini fridge and microwave too. The large wall mounted flat screen TV is a big plus! There are shampoo and body lotion dispensers in the shower, as well as a hand soap dispenser above the sink. It's little amenities like these, that make guests feel welcome. Although I don't eat breakfast, they do have make- your -own Belgian waffles, as well as all the traditional continental breakfast fare. They really take pride in their property as it is very clean inside and outdoors. I highly recommend this Red roof Inn.

My room was spotless upon arrival, with crisp linens, fresh towels, and a surprisingly comfortable bed. I also appreciated the mini-fridge and microwave, which made it easy to store snacks and leftovers.||The location was convenient, with easy highway access and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Parking was free and well-lit, which gave me peace of mind.

Travel nurse, I'm used to staying in hotels and all I want is safety, hot water, comfort and quiet at a reasonable price. I booked my room through my membership with Redi rewards. Booked the room at one price and was charged $20 more a night than the rate I booked for. After taxes my seven day stay cost me much more than budgeted for. I didn't say anything because my encounters with front desk staff were very disappointing. I asked for an extra pillow and was straight up told just no you cannot have another pillow. It was a snowy icy weekend, and my room never felt warm. I spent the week in double layers and socks. Wanted to take a hot bath, no plug for the tub. Positive: Lean room ..quiet..close to pay..pet friendly Negative: Hot water control in shower

This is why I rated it this way. There was no soap in the shower, except for the tiny squirt that the liquid dispenser allowed. How about a small bar of soap? I know it might be an extra dollar. The security of the door was lacking, and it took me 5 minutes to get the door lock to allow me to leave. The deadbolt would not unlock. But , on the plus side, the bed was very comfortable.
