Red Roof Inn Cartersville–Emerson/LakePoint North

My husband booked this room for me & my dog. First off the clerk lied to him & told him they only had one room left, there were a total of 4 vehicles on the property. It was raining so I didn't have any TV at all, no outlets worked to charge my phone, the bed was clean though. I was so uncomfortable in this room that I woke up at 4:30am, walked my dog, changed my clothes & I was on the road at 5:25am I was just so creeped out here that it was very unsettling, I'll never stay here again - ever!

I booked a room on priceline before looking at the reviews. Seen 8 reviews stating they have BED BUGS tryed to cancel and get a refund was denied by the hotel. Not good business practices. If you cant rent your rooms so you have to resort to taking people's money. I hope you go out of business. Clean up your business!!!!!!!!

Gross~ This hotel has to be the nastiest place we have ever stayed in.||Comforter had cigarette burn holes in it, also appeared to be poop smeared on top of the comforter. There was stuff all over the wall, looked like blood. There was a large hole in the wall in the bathroom where they placed the toilet in wall, but did not close up the large hole. The laminate was coming off the bathroom door, something seeping out from under the entire tub. The main door was all beat up on the inside. Refrigerator was dirty inside and beat up on outside. All the furniture was torn up, deep scratches missing laminate and dirty. So many more things. We were unable to stay in this place, due to how dirty it was. Asked for our money back and was denied. Positive: Beds were comfortable Negative: Office smelled bad, room smelled until the air conditioner ran. Lights in the room were very dim, could not see well in bathroom or shower. Rusty fixtures, noisy bathroom exhaust fan with broken Light. Neglected exterior appearance. Breakfast awful

This is my second ti.e posting this but location great rooms were amazing until this happened and when I called the front desk they told me it was to late to deal with and there was nothing they could do smh
