Red Roof Inn Allentown Airport

I stayed here for two nights. Do NOT stay here unless it’s like your only option, last resort, or emergency. This place is an actual dump. it’s disgusting. the bedding had burn marks and was stained. towels? stained! the Tv brightness could not be changed it was extremely low. The room reeked of cigarettes despite it being a smoke free place. i purchased air fresheners. the TUB!?!? DISGUSTING. at first i thought it was just stained, i went out and brought a cleaning spray and a sponge. IT WAS FILTHY. even after cleaning it i took a shower w flip flops on. and to make things even worse. you can hear the guests next door to you crystal clear.. they’re having a conversation? you can hear it… i guess the only good thing was the wifi actually worked and parking was free.

There was hella roaches, dead and alive everywhere. On the toilet, the tub had rust and roaches, the bed frame, the walls, the nightstand, the towel for the face, the counter with the sink had a bunch, the floor, the fridge was sticky and dirty, the safe had hella roaches too. And that was just me noticing for the 5 mins that I was there. They offered another room but I declined it and asked for my money back be because I believe there is an infestation. So any room that I would've gone too, would've also had roaches. Never going back again. Do not go.

The location was by the airport in Allentown, PA. I was with a group and we booked multiple rooms. There were roaches in all the rooms that were booked. No complementary breakfast at this location.

Positive: "" Negative: I told the front desk the room needed mopping, and the tub drain was semi blocked. The next day I had to getthe housekeeper to mop the floor. No maintenance people showed up to unblock the tub the 4 days I was there.

Great stay at Red Roof Inn Allentown, PA! Clean rooms, friendly staff, smooth check-in, and a convenient location. Excellent value for the price. Would definitely stay again!
