Front desk service = impeccable. Rooms = perfect + clean. Buildings're maintained + organized well. Strong attention to detail. Safe. Comfortable. Well-lit. Beautiful nearby places to walk. Lots of guests with well-behaved dogs, which isn't surprising: this's a smart choice in the local area. 100% would stay again. Ty for everything!

The room was fine, the bed hard which I like, but pillows were sponge and not comfortable. We had to pay $20 extra to get a handicap accessible room on the first floor. It was a good location with restaurants and Walmart nearby. |We were riding the VA Creeper trail and it was only 20 minutes away. It was also 5 minutes to the Barter theatre!

The most friendly staff I have ever encountered (im a travel nurse, I encounter a lot...lol). The location is perfect! Rooms clean and beds are very comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

Booked a room here through a third party app no where was it listed that there was a deposit needed. Lady at the front desk argued with me telling me it was my responsibility to inform Expedia of the lack of information. No it is not my responsibility it is yours you asked the site to list your business it is up to you to have all details posted. Do not book here they are rude
