Suzy at the front desk was absolutely amazing. From the moment I checked in, she was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely cared about how my stay was going. She checked in with me, made sure everything was comfortable, and just had such a warm, positive energy that really stood out after a long day of traveling. Customer service like that is rare these days, and she truly made my stay better. The hotel is lucky to have her she’s the kind of employee that makes you want to come back.

Pros: accommodating staff, good breakfast, comfortable beds, clean, good cookies, easy on and off. |Cons: Rt 81 road noise until about 11-12 midnight on odd numbered rooms (and possibly even as well, according to front desk staff) . BUT, workaround is to turn on the bathroom fan and that provided the white noise we needed for a good night’s sleep. And this tip was provided by front desk staff as well. Overall, good experience.

Stayed overnight and was very pleased with most areas of the stay. Particularly favorable was the well-stocked breakfast with good variety. Room was comfortable with easy monitoring of room temperature. Only minor complaints were I felt the bed was kind of lumpy, though my wife was very satisfied and the shower had hairs from a prior stay that should have been better cleaned. But would stay again if in the area.

Beutiful hotel with fall decor all around. Our stay was great from check in to check out. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Bathroom was spacious, very clean and everything worked as it should be. The complimentary breakfast was sufficient and had what you need to start your day. Staff were friendly and courteous.

We stayed here one night to break up a long drive, and it was exactly what we needed — simple, clean, and secure. The room was tidy, the bed comfortable, and check-in was smooth. Nothing fancy or memorable, but everything worked as it should. If you’re just passing through and want a reliable place to rest without breaking the bank, this hotel does the job well. A solid, no-frills stopover for travelers. (And dog-friendly!)
