Red Lion Inn & Suites IAH Airport East

Nice room, clean, fair sized, adequate furnishings to include refer, microwave, water a/c work as they should. Shuttle was timely and clean, although I really didn't need first thing in a.m. to have driver on cell all the way to airport in the first place and in the second the conversation being about how little sleep was had due to schedule. So good for the price if that's all you want/need. Now a coffee maker in room would be nice and while I knew going in about breakfast it's the sadest I've seen. They just shouldn't even state it's provided.

Cheap. I booked cheap & I got cheap. I won’t make this mistake again. The man at the desk was very nice. The room was not clean - killed 1 cock roach, the other one was already dead. Pubic hairs in the sink, tub, & hair in the bed. Not impressed. Will not be back.

Positive: Close by the Airport and friendly staff. Negative: I leaned what "warm Breakfast" mean. Coffee ans pastry. On the Hotel's website indicated "warm breakfast"!!

Very convenient location for Park, Sleep ,and Fly. Accommodations are clean and comfortable. Service was outstanding. Front desk personnel (Todd) ran after the airport shuttle to return a left-behind phone. Amazing service!

They cancelled my reservation with no notice. Booked weeks ago. Because there was a storm, everything else is booked. No help or support. Sleeping in airport because there is no where else. Thanks Sonesta and Red Lion Inn.
