Red Carpet Inn & Suites

Terrible experience. So called red carpets of the red carpet inn are torn. Room smelled of smoke. Walls not sound proof. Loud talk at night kept me awake. Grime on the sink counter top (had to get that cleaned by the front desk manager). Filthy tub. Pool empty and damaged. Had to check out after one night. Can do far better for your money in the Muncie area.

What a dirty place. I'm surprised the state hasn't came in to shut them down. There were cigarette burns in the blankets for the bed. There were used bars of soap left in the shower. The floors were disgustingly dirty like no one vacuumed. A complete trash hole! I only marked 1 star because that is the worst rating. Do not stay here!

Reserved jaccuzi room for two nights. Drive 35 miles to get there and room was filthy. Jaccuzi had food in it. Owner would not admit anything was wrong. Took my money from my card and then says she refunded it but still not back on my card. Desk clerk agreed with everything I said and tried to clean room. Waited hour and a half and still wasn't cleaned. Drunk people all around property. No towels, bed wasn't made, bathroom was very dirty too. Do not go there. Owner very rude. Very bad experience with this place. NO STARS....

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! The hotel was crap they gave us a paper bowel for ice. we didn't even have a trash can! We will never go back i wouldn't even recommend it for rats! We have been going there for years because the original owners were great but not anymore! We will gladly spend the extra dollar

great experience new management does wonders on the property, staying their is very convenient for so many place. my family is happy. overall good experience in muncie red carpet inn i will stay again.
