Hampton Inn & Suites Muncie

I was in Muncie for a funeral and I chose this hotel because this is where most of the family was staying. I have to say that I was very pleasantly surprised! The hotel staff were all very friendly and pleasant. The room was spacious and very clean and had great black out shades. The free breakfast was very good and offered a great variety. The location was perfect for where we needed to be. I would definitely recommend this hotel! I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

I had called in advance to get a fully equipped handicapped room for my 91 year-old parents and naturally it was not noted on the reservation. The young lady at the front desk fixed it and they were put in the correct room. This location has been renovated in the last couple of years and it seems brand new. The rooms are super clean and the beds are comfortable. I highly recommend this location.

Positive: The breakfast Negative: The tv are to work. And the electric blinds did not work. Do not like a dart room.

We stayed here for over a week when my grandpa was sick and then passed away, and I can’t say enough good things about the staff and experience. They were absolutely amazing. So kind, compassionate, and accommodating. They helped us extend our stay without any hassle and made sure we didn’t have to switch rooms, which meant so much during such a difficult time. Every morning we enjoyed the breakfast, and every person we interacted with was friendly and caring. It truly felt like they took care of us when we needed it most. This will always be our go-to place to stay in Muncie. Thank you for everything.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay here, we had FANTASTIC service, everyone was very kind and friendly. The breakfast was good and the rooms looked like they had been updated. The bed was super comfortable and we had a great stay. Would recommended for anyone wanting a quiet stay with a great location!
