I stay here for a month and I tell y'all this is the best motel y'all can stay in I used to get off work at 3:00 a.m. in the morning and I felt safe and nobody never bothered me or said anything to me it was just a wonderful experience and clean and good breakfast I recommend my family and everybody to stay here Red carpet inn

The booking web page is very misleading. I booked a room, it stated pets were allowed for a fee. When the person I booked for arrived, he was told that there needed to be a different reservation for a "pet" room. I was called by the desk and told I would be refunded for the first reservation, despite the the Non-refund policy. Based on that commitment, I booked a second, more expensive reservation. Two weeks later, I was sent a note sends note denying my refund! My conclusion for the total lack of customer service and deception by the hotel staff is: 1) The website design is meant to cause mistakes like this, leaving you in a bind when you get to the hotel. This forces you to make a second reservation with the promise of a refund. 2) this is initially done to double bookings and increase r

I booked 3 rooms on March 1, 2025 for 3 business women that was traveling. The ladies arrived around 8 p.m. it was a couple guys doing drug transactions then they began fighting. My ladies tried to wait in the car that was parked to the door until they finished but another guy came, we then informed the young lady inside of the establishment what was going on and she said okay she would inform the manager. That was a very scary experience especially for a bunch of ladies traveling alone. I have sent the manager several messages about a refund and she refuses to return my phone call or respond to the emails from booking.com. This is not a place you want to stay especially if you intend on being safe and comfortable.

I like this motel, it still is a work in progress but the management & staff are trying to change the atmosphere for the better. It has a lot of good memories...

The staff was so helpful and great The room was very nice and big...BUT FOR $70 A NIGHT.. I COULD HAVE STAYED HOME BECAUSE I'M FIGHTING ROACHES. THEY ARE INFECTED WITH BABY ROACHES AT THAT.. I NEED A DISCOUNT. I WAS THINKING ABOUT EATING THE BREAKFAST...HELL THE NO NO!! NEVER AGING
