Positive: They offer a late checkout often. Negative: I believe that the breakfast hours should be extended.

This past Saturday around 3am was awaken due to itching. Turned light on and I noticed marks on my arm and thugs. Turned light on and searched under sheets and seen bed bugs. I immediately called front desk and went to the front desk and told and showed him what happened. The guy working informed me the manager would be there at 7 am. I left and returned a lil after 7 am. The foreign guy informed me the manager was not there and he didn’t know when the manager would be available. Said they would call me after the room was inspected. No one called me at all since I first reported. I’ve been calling since I left Saturday at 3am. Because I left at 3am I was requesting half my money back. Here it is Tuesday morning and I’ve heard nothing. I was in room 137 btw. My next step is calling a News

I had no heat in my house, so I payed for a five day stay. Knowing my landlord could not provide me anything till after the snow storm of 2026. And I knew a couple days off would be enough to get back to normalcy. Well we will see!

And a beautiful New Year's Eve. New Year's Day The room was clean smelling fresh The housekeeper was very polite. The staff was polite. I must show my face back in the place. Five stars

It is a very nice and quiet location. It's built a little weird, though. The office doors lock at night, so if you need something after hours, you have to walk around the whole building. Also, it would be nice to have at least 1 extra vending machine just in case one decides not to work. I like how it has an indoor pool, but separate from the office area makes for a discrete dip.
