Ranch-O-Tel Motel

Family and I reserved a room for a week, the room was room #18 but upon walking into the room we were met a bad odor. After looking around the room there were burn holes in the blankets. A broken cabinet door, no battery in the smoke detector and the worst thing...BLACK MOLD in the cabinet under the sink. When we went to the office and talked to the lady working her response was "do you want us to clean it for you?" AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS...ID RATHER SLEEP ON THE STREET THAN SLEEP IN THIS PLACE FOR $500 A WEEK The only saving grace is location. Walmart on one side and laundry mat on the other side

Motel is overpriced for condition of room. No blanket on bed, toilet wobbles and won’t flush. Definitely needs a good cleaning! Dingy towels and stained pillow cases aren’t good.

They've really turned this place around. The rooms are nice and very affordable. The owners are super sweet and they don't make you feel annoying. Very good place.

We stayed here for a week. This place is by far one of the worst places I have ever stayed. First of all there is no do not disturb sign so that my children did not get woke up. Second I had to repeatedly say we did not need anything and they would just stand there with the door open. The staff was rude and the light in the bathroom was very dim. Not no mention the roaches that we seen. I would not recommend this place to anyone! Spend a little extra and find something better that doesn’t smell like cigarette smoke!

Dirty smells like smoke. Black mold and lots of tweakers. Owners are rude and limit your toilet paper usage and the housekeeper says they only wash the blankets when they smell like smoke after someone checks out. Bed is squeaky and hard as hell. Pillows flat and stained. Don't stay here.
