Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. There were roaches everywhere and they refused to give us a refund. We were there for an hour and a half to get ready for an event. Left and returned at 2 am to roaches on all of our things. They refused to give us a refund reason being we had "stayed" from 8:30pm until 2 am when we reported this...even though we literally weren't in the hotel at all. The woman watched us walk in at 2. She knew we weren't there. Also stuck on the ides that "they didn't have a roach problem" even though we brough her a live roach in a napkin and multiple photos and videos of the said roaches. Listen, what do you want for $69 on a Thursday night. My room is quite adequate minus the shower draining slow. My linens aren’t ripped or stained and I have not seen any bugs. I was checked in quickly and courteously. Once you get here, you realize why it’s only $69. The parking lot is poorly plowed, the bellhops are all beat up, the front sliding door doesn’t close. If you need all those things then stay somewhere else and pay more. I’m a 50 year-old guy and if you’re just looking for a place to stay for a night, this place is adequate and certainly for the price.

I recently stayed at the hotel and I must say it was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. Upon entering my room, I was greeted by an unwelcome sight—a cockroach scuttling across the floor. It was incredibly unsettling and made me question the cleanliness of the entire establishment.The bathrooms were equally disappointing. They were not properly cleaned, with grime and stains that clearly indicated a lack of attention to hygiene. It’s unacceptable for a hotel to overlook such basic standards, especially in the current climate where cleanliness should be a top priority.Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The presence of pests and the unsanitary conditions made my stay uncomfortable and unpleasant. I hope the management takes immediate action to address these is

The VERY WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER BEEN. I am usually for cheap.. but this is NOT worth it cheap trust me. Very rude people, very dirty and nothing works. One room the heater didn’t work, they took an hour to move me into a room where the toilet didn’t work. NEVER will I EVER come here again. 0 stars. This place needs to be under investigation it cannot be legal.

Renovations are definitely needed. The property could use an upgrade. But for the price, I was fairly sure what I could expect. Also not much in the way of amenities other than continental breakfast. All the staff were cordial and pleasant. But I must commend member of the staff, Nick, the overnight front desk clerk. He exhibited first rate customer service. First, we were late checking in due to travel delays. Second when we got to our room, the A/C unit was faulty. I made Nick aware of the situation and he immediately switched us to a much best overall room. And yes, the A/C unit works fine. Thank you, Nick for making the end of rough day more than bearable for my wife and I. The only other issue I had was the pool wasnt acccessible due to removation which was one of the reason for book
