Ramada by Wyndham West Palm Beach Airport

The problem when a chain like this, Ramada, goes independent, 88 Palms, is you lose the industry standards. They start cutting corners and delaying maintenance. The elevators bounced. Felt unsafe. Room was fine, but weak shower, old toilet, TV wasn’t HD, lobby had lots of wasted space.  No continental breakfast, not even coffee.  Needs some work and attention to detail.

This hotel is in a great WPB location and has so much potential. However, it's sad that so many things are neglected. The "New Management" sign is disturbing since there were several things amiss. The TV was on in my room when I initially entered so I thought someone was still in it, the windows were filthy, they ran out of clean towels, and there was no soap available the entire week I was there {"waiting for shipment"}. The ice machine on my floor was broken, the whole place smelled like weed, and the breakfast left a lot to be desired. Other than that, my stay there was tolerable.

WARNING!!! ABSOLUTELY the WORST hotel I’ve ever stayed at in 72 years. Not even a trashcan in the room, television doesn’t work, there is.NO shuttle to the airport like the advertisement says and reason why I picked this hotel, and there’s no breakfast as advertised. The front desk staff does not care about you or their job. They really just collect a paycheck and nothing more. Whatever you do for God sake do not stay at this horrible horrible place!!!!

This hotel was very nice. I really liked the location of it, and the cleanliness. The desk agent service was decent, I complimented her hair and she dryly said thank you but proceeded to tell my man that was he was a "pretty boy." Even though I was the one that booked and paid for everything the agent pretty much gave me less attention than she did my man. For this hotel to have a $100 deposit charge, they should have breakfast.

We had a 2 Queen Bed Room that needed major work! Boy oh boy! There was a smashed German cockroach on the door as a welcome greeting! Yikes! There were holes in the drop ceiling and the finish work in the rest room was not finished! There were cracks every where! Thought something was going to run out and get me. The mini fridge was so loud, sounded like a ticking time bomb! The A/C worked great! Our room was super cold! Our beds were comfy. The furniture was dated and was chipping/ falling apart. The carpet was filthy! It was very hard to get comfortable here. There were lots of sketchy people hanging out in the parking lot. They all looked like they were homeless, but they were actually guest! I didn't feel safe! I spoke to a couple on the elevator and the woman had 3 teeth (maybe 2.5),
