During a snowstorm our flight was cancelled out of Stewart Airport in Newburgh, NY and we were given this hotel from the airport as one of the only options of available rooms as all other hotels were booked. Upon arriving the check-in dest was completely enclosed in security glass. There were no elevators in the hotel and we were given a room on the second floor but we had to go up multiple flights of stairs with heavy luggage. When we got to our floor there were two homeless people in the hallway and a third person hiding in a corner who was obviously incapacitated. When we walked into our room the bathroom floor was completely wet; we had to use all the towels to wipe it up and the toilet continued to leak water around its base. All night long there was smoking, partying, door slamm

This hotel is a complete dump!!! The key card entry door at entrance B was broken so anybody can gain entry, which they did. There were several , looked like homeless people, who were hanging around that entrance upon our arrival and through out the night and into the morning, which made us feel very unsafe. The hotel claims to be a smoke free hotel but when we arrived, the hallway to our room smelled heavily of marijauna and cigarettes. When entering the hotel, the wallpaper was heavily damaged. The guest room doors have blue painters tape with the room numbers written on them. Once in our room, we found the ceiling had some sort of water damage at some point which was poorly patched up. Thick dust was on the lamps on both sides of the bed as well as on top of the armoire. The microwave w

Positive: The hotel and room were clean. The bed was comfortable. It was very quiet. Negative: There was no ice machine, nor any ice offered. A complimentary breakfast was no where to be found, and no one was at the front desk to ask.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Please do not stay here. My review is very similar to others. What's interesting was that we used to stay here all the time and never had a problem. But this time? Terrible. No locks on outside doors. Sketchy looking characters waiting at back door. Blue masking tape on door with room number written on it instead of an actual door number sign. Hotel smelled of weed. I will say, our room did not smell, it smelled clean. Did not find any indication of bed bugs or roaches. Sheets on bed were filthy, brown spot on sheet. Wine spots on mattress. Went to Walmart to get our own sheets. Phone had no hookup at all so just for show. No wifi and website says free wifi, clerk said someone cut the wire. Bathroom filthy. Had to disinfect everything. Wallpaper

By far the WORST hotel I’ve ever seen. Due to a snow storm we were forced to get off the roads and seek a safe place to stay. This was NOT it. Clearly illegal activity going on in the halls and an intoxicated woman in the lobby. The whole place smelled terribly of weed and cigarettes. Clerks were behind bulletproof glass and could not care less. Cigarette burns in the bedding. Dirty and the whole place is falling apart. At 3:45am all the smoke alarms started to go off and they had no idea why. At 4:30 we left, along with other families. We decided we’d stand a better chance surviving the drive than that place. It needs to be shut down.
