The reason for the two star review is as follows: I stayed at your hotel last week, 14th through 16th for work. On check in, no one informed me there was no heat. I spent a pretty cold night. When I asked the next morning, I was informed the hotel hadn't yet turned on the heat. Really? Never heard of that before in a hotel. I was offered a space heater, which was placed in my room that night. Unfortunately, it didn't appear to work for more than a few minutes before shutting off. After dragging myself down to your desk to secure another one, because no one was available to bring me one, it also didn't appear to work, but I then acertained it had blown the outlet, which also meant the TV no longer worked. I brought my 13-year-old daughter in a couple of her friends out to enjoy the pool. I plan the weekend for them when I checked in on Friday night I was told that they were treating the pool overnight and that the pool wouldn’t open on Saturday otherwise I wouldn’t have stayed. We could’ve took our money somewhere else Saturday when I requested to use the pool for the girls I was told the pool wouldn’t be open at all this weekend I’m requesting a refund very unhappy with the service and when I ask young lady at the front desk can I check out early so I can go find another hotel she claims I didn’t check out before 12 so she can’t refund me I’d be charged for today anyway that’s not fair because I didn’t know the pool was not going to be open and who treats the pool on the weekend when most

Leslie and Tallisa made my stay much better here at the marriott. Me and my husband stayed here at the marriott for a couple days with a few issues with our room which later led to the young lady working front desk giving us a breakfast coupon to make up for it. They offer free coffee at their bistro which is an A+, But I have to give it up for Leslie’s and Tallisa’s warm, welcoming and overall excellent customer service skills they provided while serving both I and my husband. These two ladies did a great job and I hope their manager knows what a wonderful team he has working!

The Free coffee was great! Staff was great. Very clean. NO FREE BREAKFAST. But what I bought was delicious. The place looked like they were putting lipstick on a pig.
