Dolly, Connie and the remainder of the staff for maintenance to housekeeping to whatever else you need they are amazing I've never met a better people I've been going there for almost a year once a month they know my needs and are very attentive to other customers that I've witnessed and to me. They are friendly outgoing. Their facility is clean I've never had a complaint as much as I stayed there highly recommend this location if you need to stay over. I will stay with them as long as I have my position and I'm able to travel for work. This is one of the cleanest facilities I've ever seen.

We strongly recommend considering another hotel. Due to an exceptional snowstorm, driving on the highways was officially forbidden, making it impossible for us to arrive on the scheduled date. We therefore asked, several times, to move our booking just two days later. Instead of support, we were repeatedly and rather curtly told to contact the manager, Tracy, who was consistently unavailable even when the staff tell us to call a certain time to look for her. Subsequently, the hotel replied to our review by placing the responsibility on Booking.com, claiming that a date change was not possible through their system. This statement is simply inaccurate. I wish I took my business elsewhere for my hotel block. I booked this hotel due to closer proximity to the venue, but wish I had booked a different hotel even if it meant being out if the way. I will say, the rooms were very clean and the lobby was clean as well. Joy, the director of sales, and Zack on the evening front desk were both great to deal with and super pleasant. However, everyone else I encountered at the front desk were not pleasant, especially the woman who checked us in on Friday afternoon. Many people staying for my wedding commented on the rude attitude of the woman who checked them in. Everything seemed like a bother to her and she truly didn't seem like she wanted to be there. A convenient location that is off of routes 84 and the NY Thruway. it is close to shopping, great restaurants, and coffee shops. Also the staff is friendly. The decor is contemporary and the rooms are well maintained. I will stay here again.
