I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. While I would like to acknowledge that the staff were courteous upon arrival, the overall experience was unacceptable. Shortly after checking in, children staying at the hotel with their parents activated the fire alarm. I was informed by other guests that this was the second occurrence. This situation caused unnecessary stress and disruption. Additionally, only one elevator was operational during my stay, which created inconvenience. The hallways leading to my room were noticeably dirty. Upon entering my room, I was met with a strong odor of alcohol, possibly wine, which was extremely unpleasant. I picked this location not only for price but their page said they had shuttle service too LAX. I can’t find it now that I look. When I got to the front desk and asked about it, I was told they don’t offer the service. I had to book a cab the next day. Super easy but I didn’t want to spend the extra on a taxi. The room was mostly clean. The hotel is t super new so it was expected. I wouldn’t consider staying again as I only needed it for 1 night for sleep then the airport. But because they don’t have shuttle service, I won’t be staying here. Might work for others but not for me

We needed two last minute rooms, so we booked this place. 🤦🏾‍♀️ It advertised free parking and breakfast, which were both lies. We weren't expecting luxury, considering the price but we were at least expecting it to be clean. As soon as we walked in, there was an unpleasant smell. They charged us $10 for parking and the parking lot smelled like pee. When we got to our room, it only got worse because there were stains on both beds, the bathroom was disgusting, the walls were warped, the TV had static, the phone didn't have most of the buttons and it was just unaesthetically pleasing all around. Our overall stay at this hotel was pleasant, with no major complaints. However, we did notice that the room carpets were a bit sticky and could use a good cleaning. Apart from that, everything was great. The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient, right next to the LAX airport, and the overnight parking is a huge plus. Check-in was incredibly easy, and the staff was friendly and informative. The spacious rooms are a huge advantage for people who need to catch an early morning flight.
