Deluxe Inn Hawthorne

The staff was extremely nice as was the room. We had the jetted tub room non smoking. The room was clean and spacious. The only thing I was surprised by was that they asked for a cash deposit. I didn't mind paying for it, it just wasn't mentioned prior and I had to withdrawal money from an atm. The parking is really tight but there was parking and the property had cameras so it was safe. We definitely will stay here again.

Positive: I did not like anything about this hotel. Ive been to so many hotels but this one in particular is the most horrendous. I asked for another room because it looked like it wasn't cleaned and was immediately kicked out with a refund without reasoning. Negative: The ?Manager? I was yelled at after asking for another room multiple times. The bald man said ?I gave you the best room?. There were stains, holes, and dust everywhere. and was given a non-consensual refund. The audacity. I will proceed with legal action.

My family stayed here, an hour's drive from downtown LA. We had a rental car and a parking budget so the commute was worth the cost savings on our vacation. Our room had 3 queen beds which was great. The floors are not carpeted. The rooms were mostly (but not immaculately) clean. Staff was courteous, but not exceptional. Parking was tight and hard to find, but adequate. The best thing about this place is that Zacatecas restaurant is only several blocks away. They probably have about the best authentic Mexican food and friendliest wait staff of anywhere in Southern California. I'd come back to this hotel just to eat there again!

It was located near a major intersection it was close to stores eateries etcetera the room was roomy there was no sketchy people hanging around it was an excellent 3-day stay I would highly recommend them for future stays

I get it, the location is a bit rough, but they could clean the rooms better. Good wifi and the AC worked well to clear the strange smell. But, there are lots of issues with the rooms. Surfaces weren't wiped down and were greasy. The bedding under the sheet was stained and had crumbs on it. No pictures, just blank walls. The shower was a trickle. For the price, they could at least do the bare minimum.
